A 50th tends to be a proper celebration, with a dinner, a party or both, so these cakes are made to be the centrepiece.
Centrepieces
Violet Mirror Mousse sets glossy domes of violet mousse on a rich chocolate base, finished with a fresh flower. Our Grand Tiramisu is our tiramisu made as a celebration cake, with a wall of sponge fingers and a ribbon around it.
Fresh and fruity
Lemon Velvet and Blueberry Cake is lemon sponge baked with blueberries and topped with fresh ones. The Coconut Cloud Cake is coated in coconut and crowned with fresh berries and bright jelly.
Keeping it fresh
All four go in the fridge and are best within 2 days. The flower on the mousse is decoration only, so take it off before serving. Our guide on how to store a cake has the rest.

How far ahead to order
Each cake shows its earliest day before it goes in your basket. Order by 2pm and that day counts. Collect free from Brockley, SE4, or have it delivered across South East London. For a design of your own, send a bespoke enquiry at least two weeks ahead.
