Ordering
How much notice do you need?
Cupcakes and some bakes need 2 days, and most celebration cakes need 3. Each product page says, and checkout only offers dates we can make. If you need a cake sooner, ring us on 07891 731659.
Can I change the design?
For anything sculpted, tiered or from a photo, start a bespoke enquiry and we'll come back with a quote.
Collection and delivery
Where do I collect from?
Our kitchen at 46 Salehurst Road, Brockley, London SE4 1AT, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 10am or 6 to 7pm. You pick a slot at checkout.
Do you deliver?
Locally, yes, to Brockley and nearby, for £8. Enter your postcode at checkout to see whether we deliver to you.
Why can't I have a cake posted?
Layer cakes don't survive the post. Our Dubai chocolate, cookies and cake pops do, and we post them anywhere in the UK, Monday to Thursday.
Changes and refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund, as long as your collection or delivery date is more than 3 days away. After that, or for orders due in 3 days or less, your order is final and we can't refund it. Deposits for bespoke and wedding cakes aren't refundable. The details are in our refund policy.
What if something's wrong with my order?
We'll put it right with a refund or a replacement. Tell us at hello@lasurabakery.co.uk with your order number and a photo if you can: the same day for collected orders, or within 24 hours of delivery.
Allergies
Can you promise a bake has no nuts in it?
No. We bake with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya in one kitchen, so even bakes made without nuts may contain traces. If you have a severe allergy, ring us on 07891 731659 before you order.
Where do I find the allergens for a cake?
On its product page, listed as contains and may contain, for all 14 regulated allergens.
