Shipping policy

We bake to order in our kitchen in Brockley, South-East London, and there are three ways to get your order. Each product page tells you which ones it can use.

Collection

Collect from our kitchen at 46 Salehurst Road, Brockley, London SE4 1AT. Collection is free, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Choose your day and time slot at checkout.

Local delivery

We deliver cakes and treats to Brockley and nearby for £8. At checkout, enter your postcode to see whether we deliver to you.

UK postage

Treats that travel well, like cookies, brownies and letterbox treats, can be posted anywhere in the UK. Cakes are too delicate to post, so they're collection or local delivery only.

We post with Royal Mail Tracked, Monday to Thursday, so your parcel never sits in a depot over the weekend. It usually arrives in 1 to 2 working days, and we'll email you the tracking. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay.

If your basket includes a treat box subscription, postable treats you add go in the same parcel at no extra postage.

Mixed baskets

If your basket mixes items we post with items we can't, the whole order uses a method that suits everything in it, usually collection or local delivery.

Where we ship

We only deliver and post within the United Kingdom.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@lasurabakery.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right. See our refund policy for details.
