Celebration Tray Bake
Celebration Tray Bake
Serves 20 to 48
A tray of sponge covered in buttercream and cut into squares, so it feeds a crowd with no slicing at the table.
Made for office birthdays, leaving dos, school events and fêtes. A half tray suits a team, and a full tray goes round a whole office.
