Handmade cakes delivered to Bermondsey and Rotherhithe

Cakes for every occasion in Bermondsey and Rotherhithe

Birthday and number cakes

Our cakes are light and balanced rather than sickly sweet. Chocolate Ganache, Pistachio Rose and Salted Butterscotch are the ones people order again. For a big birthday, the Loaded Number Cake puts the age front and centre. Add your message on the cake's page and we'll pipe it on.

Cupcakes to share

For a team in a Canada Water office or a party in a flat by the old docks, a box of cupcakes is easier to hand round than a cake that needs slicing. Choose from Wild Blueberry, Cookies and Cream and House Vanilla.

Build your own

If nothing in the shop is quite right, Build Your Own Cake lets you choose the size, sponge, filling, finish and message, with the price shown as you go.

Weddings and bespoke cakes

Planning a wedding, or after something we don't list? Send a bespoke enquiry with your date, your numbers and your ideas, and we'll come back with a design and a price.

Cake delivery across Bermondsey, Rotherhithe and SE16

We deliver across SE16, which covers Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays. The postcode check on this page confirms your street, and the basket shows the delivery fee before you pay. Delivery is Tuesday to Saturday, on the day you pick in the basket. Collecting by Overground or bus

Windrush line trains towards Crystal Palace and West Croydon run from Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays to Brockley and Honor Oak Park without a change. From Brockley station, the 171 bus stops at Crofton Park, a short walk from our kitchen on Salehurst Road. Bermondsey tube is one stop from Canada Water on the Jubilee line. The P12 bus also runs from Surrey Quays through South Bermondsey, Peckham and Nunhead to Honor Oak Park station. Collection is free, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 10am or 6 to 7pm.

How far ahead to order

Every cake shows how much notice it needs, and its earliest day, before it goes in your basket. Order by 2pm and that day counts. If you need something this week, start with Need it soon, our quick-notice bakes. Bespoke and wedding cakes need at least two weeks, and popular dates go early.

A family kitchen, not a shop counter

We're a family kitchen in Brockley with a 5-star food hygiene rating from Lewisham Council. Nothing sits on a counter waiting for a buyer: each cake is baked for a named order. If you want a bakery near Bermondsey that will make your cake and bring it to the door, this is it.
