Handmade cakes delivered to Walworth, SE17

Cakes for every occasion in Walworth

Family birthdays

Our cakes are light and balanced rather than sickly sweet, so the last slice goes as fast as the first. Salted Butterscotch, Chocolate Ganache and Pistachio Rose are among the most ordered. Add your message on the cake's page and we'll pipe it on.

Children's party cakes

For younger birthdays there's the Roarsome Dino Cake, Jungle Dreams and Pitch Perfect. If the party is in Burgess Park, just south of Walworth, a box of House Vanilla or Cookies and Cream cupcakes travels well and needs no knife.

Baby showers

The Bump Cake and It's a Girl Cake are made for baby showers, and both can carry a name or a short message.

Build your own, or go bespoke

Build Your Own Cake lets you choose the size, sponge, filling, finish and message, with the price shown as you go. For a wedding or a design we don't list, send a bespoke enquiry with your date, your numbers and your ideas, and we'll come back with a design and a price.

Cake delivery across Walworth and SE17

We deliver across SE17, which covers Walworth, Newington and the SE17 streets of Elephant and Castle and Kennington. The postcode check on this page confirms your street, and the basket shows the delivery fee before you pay. Delivery is Tuesday to Saturday, on the day you pick in the basket, so a cake can be waiting when you get back from East Street Market on a Saturday.

Collecting from Walworth

Thameslink trains to Sevenoaks from Elephant & Castle call at Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye and Nunhead, then Crofton Park, a short walk from our kitchen on Salehurst Road. The 171 bus is the other easy way: it stops at East Street and Westmoreland Road and runs through Camberwell, Peckham and New Cross to Crofton Park station. Collection is free, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 10am or 6 to 7pm, so the evening slot works on the way home from work.

How far ahead to order

Every cake shows how much notice it needs, and its earliest day, before it goes in your basket. Order by 2pm and that day counts. Short on time? Need it soon gathers the bakes that need the least notice. Bespoke and wedding cakes need at least two weeks, and popular dates go early.

A family kitchen, not a shop counter

We're a family kitchen in Brockley with a 5-star food hygiene rating from Lewisham Council. There's no counter of cakes waiting for a buyer: each one is made for a named order. If you've been after a bakery near Walworth that bakes to your date and brings the cake to you, this is it.
